Coreógrafo Carlos Prado é o novo director artístico da Companhia Nacional de Bailado

The first dancer to be trained at the Academia de Dança Contemporânea de Setúbal, Carlos Prado, is the new artistic director of the Companhia Nacional de Bailado (CNB), taking office in September for a term of three years.

“The Government has appointed Carlos Manuel Prado Sousa as artistic director of the Companhia Nacional de Bailado, for a term of three years, starting on September 1, 2021 and ending on August 31, 2024”, reads the statement.

Carlos Prado succeeds Sofia Campos, who has been in office since September 1, 2018, and ends his term this year.
