Cristina Branco, one of the most important ambassadors of Portuguese music, will continue with a full schedule in 2023. For the first half, concerts are already planned in Portugal, Germany, Belgium, France, Holland, and Norway.
After 2022 with more than 50 concerts, Cristina Branco has just announced the first dates for the new year: the singer, one of the most active Portuguese artists today, will perform all over Europe in the first half of 2023.
Starting at the end of January, the 27th, Cristina will perform at the prestigious Festival Amiens Europe, in France. On the 2nd of February, she performs in Idanha-a-Nova at the concert celebrating the 26th anniversary of the Raiano Cultural Centre. Santarém is the next stop: on Valentine’s Day (the 14th) Cristina Branco will take to the stage of Teatro Sá da Bandeira accompanied by pianist João Paulo Esteves da Silva for the presentation of the album ‘Amoras Uma Tarde de Outono’. This concert is part of the program of the Montepio à Vezes o Amor festival.
In March, Cristina Branco returns to Germany to perform in Tubingen and Waldshut on the 23rd and 24th, respectively, and in April, she embarks on an extensive tour of the Benelux, departing from Den Haag, in the Netherlands, on the 21st, and with stops in more 13 cities. Utrecht (Netherlands, 22nd), Leuven (Belgium, 27th) Gent (Belgium, 2nd May) are some of the highlighted dates.
May reserves another highlight: on the 12th, Cristina travels to Scandinavia for a concert at the iconic Cosmopolite in Oslo, Norway.
With a career spanning 26 years, 18 albums, and numerous concerts around the world, Cristina Branco is an indefatigable ambassador of Portuguese culture and one of the most important Portuguese artists today. In 2022 she toured all over Europe in concerts and released ‘Amoras uma Tarde de Outono’ in collaboration with pianist João Paulo Esteves da Silva.
A new album will be revealed in Fall of 2023.
