Cubita releases new single, “Mais Nada”
the song follows the hits “2 AM” and “Fica Comigo”
After achieving great success in 2022 with the singles “2AM” and “Fica Comigo”, Cubita has just released a new single that reveals a more intimate facet of the artist, entitled “Mais Nada”, which can now be heard in all digital platforms.
The video was made by Victor Hugooli and will be available at 7 pm on the artist’s Vevo channel.
The song was written by Cubita in a single night and recorded, initially, the very next day, as it was important to follow the urgency of the feelings that needed to be expressed.
“The message of this song goes through the question that it hurts to see someone we love leave, but we have to trust in time and in the fact that everything passes”, says Cubita about the single “Mais Nada”. “I think a lot of people will relate to the song, as it’s something that happens so often in relationships,” he adds.
Although in an initial phase, “Mais Nada” was kept in a drawer, Cubita later decided that the song deserved to be released, having returned to the studio to re-record it.
“Mais Nada” follows two great hits by this young artist: “2AM” (which totals almost 50,000 streams and the official video exceeds 3.1 million views on YouTube) and “Fica Comigo” (20,000 views). streams and over 2.7 million views on YouTube).
The singles entered more than 20 playlists and not only in Portugal. The themes received special attention in France, Switzerland, and Angola.
