In this 2nd edition of Santa Casa Portugal ao Vivo, the producer Everything is New took the stage of Campo Pequeno, Francisco Maria Pereira, Miguel Coimbra and Miguel Cristovinho, the D.A.M.A, to sing the songs of their new album “Sozinhos à Chuva” .
The public responded en masse, has been a perfect “chorus” for D.A.M.A.
Themes such as “Sozinhos à Chuva”, “Então e Tu”, “Medo” and “À Solta”, took to the stage Mike 11 & T-Rex, Bárbara Bandeira and Ivo Lucas, some of the guests of the night.
“Coisas Normais” brought Carolina Deslandes, another of the special guests of D.A.M.A.
And time passed, full of songs, party, good mood, but after 40 minutes the D.A.M.A had not yet said a word, were without “talking to your audience“.
After that time, they sat on the edge of the stage and talked, then they said that it was a challenge they proposed, to be 40 minutes without speaking, just singing, because afterwards “sabia muito bem falar”, they said that “being there was wonderful, that although it was not the first time they sang in Campo Pequeno, it seemed that it was being the first time, so good was the public reception”.
They thanked the audience for their patience, contextualized the songs, referring that the trip to Campo Pequeno was long, that they have the feeling that they are at home, at a family dinner, such was the atmosphere that they lived.
The D.A.M.A also thanked the presence of everyone, the brave ones who left home to go to the concerts, they asked the public “to make stories and publish on social networks” to show that the culture is safe, that it is the shows that put the food on the artists’ table.
Continuing the conversation, D.A.M.A says that the concerts are the “heyday” of what they do, that they make the songs to sing on top of a stage and because of COVID they were unable to present the album, they remember that they were frustrated and then decided to create a song about “this would be beautiful if everything was incredible”, and it is with this motto that they write “2021”.
They follow “Para Ti”, and with Profjam they sing “Pensa Bem”.

Aproveitaram para revisitar alguns temas mais antigos, assim do álbum “Lado a Lado” ouvimos “Nasty” e “OqueLáVai”, do álbum “Uma Questão de Princípio” o tema “Às Vezes”, do álbum “Dá-me Um Segundo” cantaram “Tempo para Quê”, “Não Dá” e “Faço Questão”.
But these boys didn’t just play the songs on the new album. They took the opportunity to revisit some older themes, so from the album “Lado a Lado” we heard “Nasty” and “OqueLáVai”, from the album “Uma Questão de Princípio” the theme “Às Vezes”, from the album “Dá-me Um Segundo” sang “Tempo para Quê“, “Não Dá” and “Faço Questão“.
