Daniela Galhoz debuts with “Wild and Fun”

an alternative indie anthem about freedom, surrender and rediscovering yourself

“Wild and Fun” is the debut single from an album currently in production. Daniela Galhoz, a 24-year-old singer and songwriter with an international career and a distinctly personal sound identity, is taking the first step in her musical career, preparing a series of releases for 2025.

With contagious energy and a chorus that is both liberation and a manifesto, “Wild and Fun” was born from a moment of stagnation and doubt. “I was trying to control everything. Until some special friends showed me that sometimes the best thing we can do is stop, take a deep breath and enjoy the journey”, shares the artist. “The song is, therefore, an invitation to lightness, surrender and joy that endures even in contexts of uncertainty. “‘Wild and Fun’ is for everyone who knows that living also means knowing how to enjoy it”, says Daniela.

Daniela Galhoz currently lives in Madrid, after having started her musical journey in the United Kingdom. Her passion for music led her to study at Cambridge and then to London, where for five years she experienced everything that the London vibe has to offer. She has performed at landmark venues such as The Half Moon and Amersham Arms. In Spain, she has performed at venues such as Intruso and El Pez Gato, establishing herself as one of the new voices to watch in the alternative indie scene. With a powerful voice and emotional interpretation, the artist mixes captivating melodies with Anglo-Saxon influences and a visceral delivery on stage.

Following the release of “Wild and Fun”, Daniela Galhoz has new dates in Portugal and Spain. Between May 29 and 31, she will be the opening artist on the Portuguese tour of American Dylan LeBlanc, with stops in Lisbon, Guarda and Arcos de Valdevez. On June 20, he returns to Madrid for a duo concert.

“Wild and Fun” is the first step on a path that aims to be authentic, bright and plural. A song for those who know — or are learning — that freedom can also be danced to.
