FC Porto drew against Benfica (1-1), in a classic counting for the 14th round of the League.
The result was built during the first half. Grimaldo (17 ’) opened the game in a good combination with Seferovic. At 25 ‘it was Taremi’s turn to tie the game after Corona’s pass. The Iranian freezer would even be expelled in the second half, after a very tough entry on Otamendi.
With this draw, FC Porto and Benfica remain in second and third place, respectively, with 32 points. The two sets failed to reduce the four-point handicap to leader Sporting, who also drew with Rio Ave.
