Diogo Piçarra announces Sentimental Tour
Super Bock Arena on April 13th and Campo Pequeno on April 20th
Diogo Piçarra is back to albums, more than four years after the release of “South Side Boy”, the artist, author, composer and producer, is preparing to release his fourth album of originals “Sentimental”, whose tour starts in two of the biggest arenas in the country, the Super Bock Arena in Porto, on April 13, 2024, and Sagres Campo Pequeno in Lisbon, on April 20, 2024.
This will be the first time that the multiplatinum artist steps onto the stage of these two large arenas in his own name and under normal conditions – full room and standing audience – previously he had debuted in these rooms as part of the Festival Santa Casa Portugal ao Vivo, in full pandemic and with many capacity limitations.
Diogo Piçarra is, therefore, back to performing in large venues, after having sold out the Altice Arena in 2022, on April 13th at the Super Bock Arena and on April 20th at Sagres Campo Pequeno, these will be the only opportunities to see Diogo Piçarra live in the first months of the year.
As is usual with the artist’s major concerts, two iconic nights can be expected, which will forever remain in the memory of those who witness them. On a scenic level, Diogo Piçarra is preparing a futuristic and surprising production, he will bring with him several guests, many surprises and, as always, his usual trio of musicians: Francisco Aragão on keys, guitars and programming; Filipe Cabeçadas on drums and programming and Miguel Santos on bass and programming.
In addition to the songs from the new album “Sentimental”, which already has four singles revealed – “Sorriso”, “Saída de Emergency” and the recently released “Teu” and “Não Te Odeio” – there will be no shortage of songs in the concert line-up. all the hits that have consolidated Diogo Piçarra as one of the biggest names in national music, “Monarquia”, “Tu e Eu”, “Dialeto”, “História”, “Anjos”, “Coração” or “Paraíso”.
