We had to adapt to this new reality, some easier and some very difficult, for me not being able to be with the family, go for a walk or go to dinner with friends, it was one of the most difficult things to accept, but we know it is for our sake as well as that of others.

Culture is also very much needed, concerts, theatre, museums, exhibitions are some of the activities that I like to do the most, they feed my spirit, something that I miss as much as the food for the stomach.

Another thing I had to learn was to share the space with the rest of the family, there are five of us at home, all with activities to do, be it work or study and of course sharing the daily obligations of cooking, cleaning and tidying the house.

And I realized that my house was small!

Many of us came to this conclusion, I’m sure, while we were working out, studying outside, the house was empty, only at night we all met at home, at the weekend, after cleaning, we had activities to do, the house was big enough for everyone.

I am now faced with a different reality, and I realize that space at home is very important, personal space is very important to be able to work alone, to concentrate, very important, but also for others, the children who already work not to be constantly interrupted by my phone calls, for those who study, to be able to interact with colleagues and teachers, without being worried that they are being overheard by my colleagues or clients.
