On one side are the veal carpaccio with Parmesan and crunchy sausage bundles, on the other the pancakes with nutella and lime and wild berry semi-fried. The brunch menu at Dolce By Wyndham Campo Real Lisboawhich conquers even the most demanding of stomachs – is back!

This year, brunch will be enjoyed at the Garden Terrace restaurant, in a wonderful outdoor space, overlooking the fantastic golf course and the Socorro and Archeira mountains. On Sundays, and just 30 minutes from the capital, brunch is now available, which takes seriously the goal of being for the whole family and includes options that please both adults, such as shrimp tempura, or giblets, with the popcorn or gum.

The menu also includes traditional flavors of Portuguese cuisine, such as cold meats and cheeses and homemade jams. There is a little of everything, from hot dishes to salads and other freshly prepared delicacies. The invitation is to enjoy and relax in the middle of Nature and smell the aroma of Atlantic fish fideuà, veal risotto with wild mushrooms or teriyaki vegetable noodles.

Chef Rui Fernandes has created a menu with many more delicacies: a selection of bakery and pastries, cheeses and sausages, simple and mixed salads, as well as the classic eggs, bacon and sausage, and even a pumpkin and olive cream for fans of soups. The ingredients on the menu change to include seasonal products that are available in the local market. Drinks are all-you-can-eat and include juices, soft drinks, beer, white or red wine, mineral water, coffee and tea.

There is still room for dessert, the options are varied and the difficult thing will be to choose between the semi-frio, the two-chocolate mousse, the creamy rice pudding with mango coli or the mini sponge cake.

As smarties around the candy area remind you, brunch at Dolce By Wyndham Campo Real Lisboa includes a generous option for children too, with a cheeseburger, ham and cheese pizza, spaghetti bolognese, popcorn and ice cream for delight.
