dstgroup announced today that it will open 25 new positions for summer internships in 2025, which will take place from June to September, with a salary of €870/month.
This initiative aims to open doors to the world of the company for all young people who are studying any type of education, whether vocational or higher education.
The main purpose of the group led by José Teixeira is to enhance the proximity of students to the real work context and company culture, with the aim of enriching participants on a personal and professional level.
“The 2025 edition of dstgroup’s summer internships will build on previous years’ editions and will bring new features that will certainly be enriching for all participants. We want to bring interns closer to the realities and challenges of the world of work in the 21st century, especially in the areas in which we operate, and to demonstrate our unique value proposition. Our DNA based on art and culture, in addition to our commitment to training, well-being strategies and work-life balance, will be key points for students and interns to notice.” explains José Machado, the group’s Human Resources director.
Internships are aimed at the following areas: Civil, Electrical, Industrial Electronics and Computing, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, Telecommunications and Computer Science Engineering; Management and Information Systems; but also Automotive Mechanics; Technical Drawing and Machining; Work Preparation and Management; Advanced Welding and Industrial Maintenance Technician. In addition to these highlighted areas, the group also offers vacancies in other specialized areas.
Remembering that, in 2024, dstgroup received more than 700 applications and hosted 48 internships. Of the candidates who already had their academic records completed, two students were transferred to employment contracts and one to professional internships. Of those who were still in the academic year, we admitted nine for curricular internships.
