dstgroup opens 50 summer internships for €820/month in June

in 2023 the initiative received 300 applications

dstgroup announced today that it will open 50 new vacancies for summer internships in 2024, which will run from June to September, with a remuneration of €820/month. This initiative aims to open doors to the company’s universe for all young people who are attending any type of education, whether professional or higher.

The main purpose of the group led by José Teixeira is to bring students closer to the real work context and the company’s culture and to enrich the participants on a personal and professional level.

“The 2024 edition of the dstgroup summer internships features the maturity of editions from previous years and certainly enriching news for all its participants. We want to bring interns closer to the realities and challenges of the world of work in the middle of this century. XXI, particularly in the areas in which we operate, and demonstrate our differentiated value proposition. Our DNA based on art, and culture, in addition to our focus on training, well-being strategies and work-life balance will be key points to be perceived by interns. We will achieve our objective if we create a good memory, to be seen as the best choice when they enter the world of work”, explains José Machado, director of Human Resources at the group.

Internships are aimed at the following areas: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics and Computers, Mechanics, Renewable Energy, Telecommunications and IT; Management and Information Systems; but also Automotive Mechanics; Technical Drawing and Machining; Construction Preparation and Management; Advanced Welding and Industrial Maintenance Technician. In addition to these highlighted areas, the group also offers vacancies in other specialized areas.

It should be remembered that, in 2023, dstgroup received more than 300 applications and hosted 32 internships. Of the candidates who had already completed their academic career, two students transferred to a curricular internship, one to a professional internship and the other to an employment contract.
