Dua Lipa is the first major confirmation for NOS Alive’24
Dua Lipa is the first major confirmation for the 16th edition of NOS Alive’24. The artist takes to the NOS Stage on the second day of the festival, July 12th, marking her debut with a unique and unmissable show on Passeio Marítimo de Algés.
Tickets are now on sale at the usual places and at nosalive.com. The FNAC NOS Alive’24 Fan Pack, an exclusive pack made with fans of the festival in mind, is also now on sale in FNAC stores and on fnac.pt.
Global pop superstar Dua Lipa is back with the new single “Houdini” – which introduces the beginning of a new chapter in the artist’s journey, following the successful release of her album Future Nostalgia (2020).
“Houdini”, produced by Danny L. Harle and Kevin Parker of Tame Impala, begins the narrative sequence, which follows the artist’s new path. It’s the embodiment of that “4 am feeling when the night is about to end and you’re a little sweaty, but you don’t want the party to end.”
“This song represents the lighter, more liberating parts of being single,” says Dua. “‘Houdini’ is quite ironic, exploring the idea that either one person can be worth my time or I can disappear at the end of the night. You never know where something might take you and that’s the beauty of being open to whatever life throws your way. I’m excited to be able to share that feeling of defiant happiness with my fans.”
This new path takes the artist from Albania to NOS Alive, to step onto the NOS Stage for the first time on July 12, 2024.
