DULLMEA presents new album

Dullmea presents Ñe’ẽsẽ, an album with a visual component that starts from collecting elements from nature to create sound and visual material.

According to artistic creator Dullmea, “Over the last year I have been collecting elements from nature and bringing them into my creative process. As I became more fascinated with my discoveries, I wanted to invite my dear friend João Pedro Fonseca to create videos for some of my compositions. The album was completed when my talented friend Ricardo Pinto brought out all the emotion and wonder I was looking for with his mixes. “Ñe’ẽsẽ” means “voice” in Guarani.”

The album will be presented in the following locations:

  • May 24th, 6pm – MIRA Gallery | Performing Arts, Porto
  • May 25th, 5pm – Center for Art and Architecture Affairs, Guimarães

The album will have a special physical edition: a bookmark made from biodegradable seed paper, containing an access code to the digital album. Once downloaded, this bookmark can be used like any bookmark, or planted, generating the seeds contained in it (daisy or chamomile).
