The First EP of the winner of “Ídolos Portugal”, in 2022, is presented by the video of “Pensar em ti não dá”.
After having established himself as the winner of the program “Idols Portugal” in 2022, Eduardo Gonçalves transmits, with a burning passion for rock, his deep connection with music, in a delicate but powerful way.
All this is present in the singer’s debut EP, entitled A Guerra de Ser. Eduardo Gonçalves said about this album: “‘The War of Being’ speaks of all the wars we fight, be they against the world, be they against ourselves.”
It is an EP composed of five songs, presented by the video of the theme “Pensar em ti não dá”, and in which we travel in the field of emotions and feelings. We begin, precisely, in nostalgia (with “Pensar em ti não dá”), we go through remorse (“Sei que não”), revolt with ourselves (“Little Lies”), war and destruction (“The War”), ending with indifference to war (“Chaos”).
Eduardo Gonçalves’ songs combine engaging melodies with reflective lyrics, inviting listeners to immerse themselves in his eagerness to change and revolutionize.
