Elisa and Tiago Nogueira reunite in “Como é Fraco o Coração”
New album scheduled for release in March 2026
After a sold-out show at the Coimbra Conservatory, the singer continues her tour with shows in Funchal and Lisbon alongside Bárbara Tinoco, Carolina de Deus and Nena.
“Como é Fraco o Coração” (“How Weak the Heart Is”), Elisa’s new single in duet with Tiago Nogueira, arrives today on all digital platforms, accompanied by an official music video on the artist’s YouTube channel. After a first collaboration well-received by the public, the Madeiran singer-songwriter joins forces again with the vocalist of Os Quatro e Meia to give voice to a song that exposes, without filters, the eternal struggle between reason and desire.

With an engaging production and a soulful interpretation, “Como é Fraco o Coração” delves into vulnerability: it speaks of loves that defy logic, of attempts at resistance that fail, of hearts that give in even when the head knows what it should do. In the encounter between two voices that recognise each other, the song becomes a mirror, that suspended moment in which one admits, almost in a whisper, that one feels more than one wanted to feel.
The new song arrives at a particularly special moment for Elisa, who has been touring the country. After the show in Porto on November 20th, and in Coimbra, accompanied by Tiago Nogueira, Bárbara Tinoco and Nena in front of a completely sold-out venue, the singer performs in Funchal on December 18th, and ends the tour in Lisbon on January 22nd and 23rd, with the participation of Bárbara Tinoco, Carolina de Deus and Nena. Her next studio album, scheduled for release in March 2026, already includes the songs “Asas” and “É a Tua Vez”.

With a tender voice and a register that doesn’t succumb to the obvious, Elisa has been building a path marked by sensitivity and authenticity. Born in Madeira, he grew up surrounded by records by The Beatles, Ray Charles, Queen, ABBA, and The Eagles. He studied Jazz at the Madeira Conservatory before moving to Lisbon, where he began composing and performing his work. He won the Festival da Canção in 2020 with “Medo de Sentir,” released his debut album, No Meu Canto, in 2021, and is now considered one of the most promising voices in new Portuguese music.
