German multinational real estate agency seeks premium consultants for exclusive fundraising areas in the capital
This year, Engel & Völkers has already integrated approximately 100 real estate consultants into the Lisbon Market Center.
The German multinational Engel & Völkers, specialized in the mediation of luxury real estate, is looking for new premium real estate consultants for its Market Center in Lisbon, with the aim of starting collaboration until the end of this year.
The new consultants will work on the capital’s real estate market, in particular the areas of Alvalade, Beato, Marvila, Ajuda, Alcântara, Belém, Campo de Ourique, Estrela, Misericórdia, Benfica and Avenidas Novas. Many of these neighborhoods in Lisbon represent the most sought-after areas of the capital and have the most expensive properties in the city. According to a study by Engel & Völkers on the Lisbon property market last year, the Misericórdia area had properties with more than €5,300/m2. In the Estrela district, which is one of the most sought-after, the price per square meter was around €4,300. The average value of properties in Lisbon’s luxury neighborhoods is close to one million euros.
The selected candidates will dedicate themselves to these areas on an exclusive basis within Engel & Völkers, with the support of a brand with 40 years of experience, which includes more than 13 thousand consultants, in more than 30 countries. They will have access to ongoing training supported by team leaders in each sales team and will have all the marketing material provided by the agency at their disposal, including investment in digital and corporate platforms, street marketing, and media.
