Enotécnica & Olitécnica will showcase the technology that enhances Portuguese wine and olive oil at EXPONOR

January 21st and 23rd at EXPONOR

The event, held on January 21st and 23rd, will focus on two products with a strong export profile and considerable weight in the national economy. In addition to machinery, equipment, and production techniques, the fair will also address the sectors’ adaptation to climate change, adjusting production to market trends, and the application of precision technologies.

The EXPONOR trade show calendar for 2026 begins with a focus on two essential products for the national economy, where Portugal demonstrates its expertise and ability to excel. Enotécnica joins Olitécnica this year in a unique technical event in the country that covers all stages of wine and olive oil production, right through to the final product.

From cultivation to production, from packaging to packaging, everything related to the modernisation of production processes in these two chains will be on display from January 21st to 23rd. Among the items on display at EXPONOR – Porto International Fair are agricultural machinery and implements, irrigation systems, materials for planting and maintaining vineyards and olive groves, wine products, fertilisers, vats and barrels, and materials for bottling, storage, and transportation.

“The fairs at Exponor are a driving force for sectors with the greatest potential to establish themselves in various markets. The entire technical value chain related to wine and olive oil will be represented at this event, allowing for adjustments to the entire production process with potential efficiency gains,” says Diogo Barbosa, general director of Exponor.

The multipurpose exhibition offering and a series of complementary technical activities, which will provide a current snapshot of the sectors and better-prepared plans for the future, make up the program of a fair that presents itself as an excellent opportunity for establishing business.

Forums, seminars, and business-to-business meetings are part of the technical program at Enotécnica & Olitécnica, which will address topics such as climate change adaptation, production adjustments to market trends, and precision technologies.

The fair brings together a wide range of professionals from the wine and olive industry—producers, oenologists, viticulturists, agricultural engineers, cooperatives, and distributors—creating an environment conducive to high-quality networking. The presence of decision-makers and experts makes the event a strategic platform for establishing partnerships and conducting business.
