The Aveiro City Hall presents “Una Isla”, a show by the renowned Catalan company Agrupación Señor Serrano, winner of the Silver Lion at the Venice Biennale.
Combining theatre, technology and philosophy, this creation invites the public to reflect on the relationships between humans, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the construction of a collective concept of coexistence. The show is scheduled for next December 13, at 9:30 pm, in the Main Hall of the Teatro Aveirense.
“Una Isla” is a show that challenges the common narrative of human fear in which creation – AI – overcomes and overthrows the creator himself – the human being. The direction and dramaturgy of Àlex Serrano and Pau Palacios imagine a collective future in which AI and technological evolution are not a threat, but a creative partner living together on an island. There are 65 minutes of a fusion of performance, live video, music and projections generated with AI.
