Estoril Sol closes casinos on long weekends
Estoril Sol will close Casino Estoril, Casino Lisboa and Casino da Póvoa, over the next long weekends, from 28 November to 1 December and from 5 to 8 December.
Due to the set of strong restrictive measures announced by the Government, Estoril Sol Casinos will only be open from Wednesday to Friday for the next two weeks. Casino Estoril and Casino Lisboa open at 11 am and Casino da Póvoa opens at 12 pm. Closing is scheduled for 10 pm.
Visitors to Casino Estoril and Casino Lisboa will be able to access, at the opening, at 11 am, only, the areas of the automatic machine rooms and their support snack bar. Thereafter, at 1 pm, access to the remaining public areas will be available, namely traditional game rooms, central snack bars, and art galleries. After 8 pm, the sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited, except in the context of the meal service and for consumption in the restaurant spaces.
With a strict protocol that maintains compliance with the rules and recommendations of the General Directorate of Health – DGS, Estoril Sol Casinos maintain as a top priority the protection of the health, safety and well-being of all its employees, customers and the community in general.
Estoril Sol Casinos are identified by the efficient reorganization of their public areas, more specifically the spaces reserved for gambling, dining areas, and concert halls, having been awarded the “Clean & Safe” certificate from Turismo de Portugal.
Casino Estoril and Casino Lisboa have also joined the COVID OUT service, Seal of Trust, Clean Surfaces Safe Places, issued by ISQ, which guarantees that the effectiveness of the measures implemented to control the transmission of SARS-CoV- 2 and ensure that the locations of your casinos are safe, through demanding monitoring and implementation of the plan to reopen your different spaces.
