The festival highlighted Portuguese music and debuted successfully in the Crystal Palace Gardens.
The first edition of Nights of the Palace Gardens concluded with a very positive outcome. The new festival, held on September 13th and 14th, 2025, in the Crystal Palace Gardens, brought together approximately 9,000 people and showcased Portuguese music in various styles, from pop to fado and Alentejo music.

Organised by PEV Entertainment, the event debuted with an all-Portuguese lineup. Fernando Daniel, Sara Correia, and Cláudia Pascoal performed on the first day; Diogo Piçarra, Marisa Liz, and Luís Trigacheiro on the second.
In addition to the shows, the audience was able to visit Ohana Market, a small market dedicated to small Portuguese businesses, and experience the Super Bock Arena – Porto 360, which encouraged interaction with the city’s history and the architectural landmark of the Crystal Palace Gardens.

The audience’s attendance, comprised of families, young people, locals, and tourists, confirmed the festival’s potential to establish itself as a new highlight in Porto’s cultural calendar. Feedback highlighted the venue’s safe environment, accessibility, and supporting infrastructure, as well as the unique surroundings of the Crystal Palace Gardens.
With this successful start, Nights of the Palace Gardens lays the foundation for growth in future editions, reinforcing Porto as a premier destination for major outdoor cultural events.
