This year for the second consecutive time, interested parties should submit applications by “email” to the address “procultura@camoes.mne.pt“, entitled “Scholarships – Degree – Angola”.
They can also deliver in person, placing all documents in an envelope identified with the words “Bolsa Procultura”, and deliver it until 2 pm on July 1, at the Embassy of Portugal, in Luanda, at Camões, IP/Cooperação services Portuguese.

For a master’s degree, Bruno Mateus, Performing Arts, at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and Nelson Gonçalves, Performing Arts, at the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema, from the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon.
Applications are open since February 3 and interested parties must submit: duly completed and signed form, accompanied by a copy of Passport or Identity Card; copies of academic qualifications certificates, with breakdown of subjects and respective classifications for the last three years of secondary or pre-university education; declaration that the applicant is a national and resident in the country of origin; curriculum vitae that should include information on academic training, professional training, artistic or musical training, artistic or musical production in the last three years, and may include links to view works or presentations on “youtube”, “vimeo”, “blogs”, “ sites ”,“ facebook ”and other social networks.
The requirements also include a letter of motivation (maximum one page), clarifying the candidate’s motivations for carrying out the studies, framing the professional path (current or projected) and the expected results (immediate and future), as well as a letter of recommendation (if relevant to the application).
Candidates who intend to take a degree in educational institutions not covered by the special agreements for access to higher education in Portugal are required to present proof of admission to the course, or proof of enrollment, that is, the letter of acceptance from the educational institution in you want to study.
Applicants should inform whether the intended course requires compliance with specific requirements, proven by conducting evaluation tests of skills and/or knowledge, and timing of assessment requirements.
