Évora Art and Culture Center reopens on Monday
The opening will be done in strict compliance with all the necessary hygiene, safety and social distance procedures, being mandatory to use a mask and regulate the disinfection, hygiene and ventilation of the space.
According to the institution, the Art and Culture Center (CAC) reopens with the exhibition “Fahrenheit, the consecration of Babel”, by Luis Costillo, and the photographic exhibition “Saudades dos Cartuxos”, curated by José Alberto Ferreira.
The CAC program includes the opening, on June 6, of “Strata”, with 24 paintings by the American artist Deanna Sirlin, one of the three exhibitions included in this year’s new exhibition cycle, which should have started on the 25th of last April.
FEA will maintain and reinforce the online programming, through the “Fundação Consigo” program, which provides content such as training and information resources, notebooks for educational activities and debates, among others.
The Art and Culture Center of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation, whose entrance will be free until the end of the year, will be open until September 11, from Tuesday to Sunday, between 10:00 and 13:00 and 14:00 and 7 pm.
