Exhibition “Keep your eyes in your pocket”

The Atelier-Museu Júlio Pomar opens on March 31, at 6 pm, the exhibition “Keep your eyes in your pocket”. Inland Journal: one exhibition, 35 editions, curated by Eduardo Matos and André Cepeda.

As part of the AMJP program, which crosses the work of Júlio Pomar with that of other artists, the exhibition – developed in collaboration with the Inland Journal – highlights the multiple connections between art and the written word and between contemporaneity and the artistic and literary production of Julio Pomar.

The 34 INLAND already published will be shown in the exhibition and its 35th edition will be launched, with an unpublished text by Pomar, an artist who left an important written work. Complementing the show, the AMJP will be on the stage for several performances.

Participating in the exhibition are artists Aida Castro and Maria Mire, Associação Amigos da Praça dx Anjx, Cristina Mateus, Fernando José Pereira, Francisca Carvalho + Paulo T. Silva, Horácio Frutuoso, Isabel Baraona, João Fonte Santa, João Pedro Vale and Nuno Alexandre Ferreira, Júlio Pomar, Missing Artist Foundation, Nuno Ramalho and Pizz Buin.
