If even the stars that shine in the sky are eternal, what about those that pass through the earth? It is when the greatest legends move to another realm that ideas like Fastlove emerge. Fastlove, considered as the most faithful tribute to George Michael, finally arrives in Portugal. With over 250 UK dates since 2017, including performances at venues such as the West End Piccadilly Theater and the Hammersmith Apollo, this is undoubtedly the largest production that pays tribute to one of pop’s most acclaimed musicians. Fastlove has achieved such success that it has already, by 2020, several dates set for major European halls as well as for Australia, the United States and Canada.
This show features a professional cast of singers, dancers and a full band, who worked tirelessly to create the authentic sound of George Michael’s greatest hits, presenting them in a breathtaking show that is served by amazing visuals.
Andrew Browning, the protagonist of Fastlove, is now recognized as the person who most closely resembles George Michael’s performance. Andrew has been demonstrating his talent over time by signing a brilliant entry in the British “Stars in Their Eyes” contest in 1996. This acclaimed performance has opened several doors in his career leading even to the invitation to participate in the video “As” by George Michael and Mary J. Blige, as a double, due to their extraordinary similarities to the star.
The tribute that has sold out rooms where it passes has a meeting with our country, at the Coliseu dos Recreios, Lisbon, on February 9, 2020. An unmissable occasion for all who believe that the stars are really eternal.
