FC Porto beat Famalicão (2-1)
This Sunday, FC Porto defeated Famalicão, by 2-1, in the second round of the League, but had a scare in the final moments, but the opponent’s goal was disallowed.
Spanish striker Toni Martinez, who played for Famalicão last season, signed both goals for FC Porto, after excellent passes by Taremi and Otávio. The home team’s reaction came through Riccieli, who took advantage of Diogo Figueiras’ cross to score. On top of the final whistle, Famalicão still reached the goal, by Bruno Rodrigues, but the VAR canceled it for offside.
After this result, the dragons added their second victory, in two games. Famalicão is in 15th place, with zero points.
