FC Porto beats Juventus for the Champions League (2-1)
FC Porto received and beat Juventus (2-1), in the first leg of the round of 16 of the Champions League. It was the first triumph of the dragons over the Turin emblem, which counted on Cristiano Ronaldo to make it 90’.
Sérgio Conceição’s team ended up solving the match with a strong entry in each part: At 61 seconds, Taremi took advantage of a wrong pass from Bentancur and beat Szczesny; and at 46’, Marega made the second after pulling out of Manafá on the right. Chiesa (82’) still reduced for Juventus and left everything open for the second leg.
It is recalled that the two teams have a new meeting scheduled for March 9, in Turin.
