Festa D’Anaia 2025 edition is back!
As has become tradition, the days begin at Tardada N’Adega, with plenty of socialising, iconic tastings of Pena’s best wines, some snacks, and, of course, plenty of music.
From there, we’ll inevitably head to the main venue—Grémio—for a hearty aperitif, and then head to CCRPena for dinner and to line up for two nights of high-energy, high-quality performances with excellent bands and DJ sets.
To complement our Tardadas N’Adega, just like last year, this year we’ll have a new educational session!
This year, we want to host a gathering with two producers from Bairrada. Both are from the “new generation,” but with different approaches: one grew up in the region (@miguelsilva9334), the other adopted our region, coming from the north (@gizbyluisgomes).
The theme of the discussion is “Bairrada in media res – who we are, where we come from, where we’re going. Perspectives from within and inward.”
The idea will be to explore their perspectives on the role of wine in the region’s history and culture, and how this product and region captivated them—from both an insider’s and an outsider’s perspective. During the conversation, three wines chosen by each producer will be tasted:
The first, which reflects what Bairrada means to each of them, the second, which reflects their view of the region’s history, and the third, which represents their vision for the region’s future.
It will be an unforgettable event with limited capacity, where we can learn from two of our region’s best!
