The MIL will be held in person, after last year’s physical edition was canceled due to restrictions imposed to contain the covid-19 pandemic.
The musical program includes 50 concerts, such as Carla Prata, YNDI, Naima Bock, Queralt Lahoz, Dino Bradão, EU.CLIDES, and Kelman Duran. In addition to these artists, the poster also includes, among many others, Acácia Maior, Bia Maria, Cabrita, Club Makumba, Fado Bicha, Gala Drop, Maria Reis, Marinho, Murals, Rosin de Palo, Stereoboy and Tristany.
MIL also has two artistic residencies: the first, developed in partnership with Instituto Ramon Llull, will bring together the Spanish Tarta Relena and the Portuguese Lavoisier, while the second, held in partnership with Liveurope, invites producer Pedro da Linha and musician Álvaro Romero (RomeroMartin).
The convention program, which, like the musical, can be consulted at www.millisboa.com, includes masterclasses, keynotes, debates and workshops.
