O Festival Ponte d’Lima acaba de anunciar mais cinco nomes para o cartaz desta primeira edição que acontece nos dias 3, 4 e 5 de agosto em Ponte de Lima, vila mais antiga de Portugal.

The Ponte d’Lima Festival has just announced five more names for the poster of this first edition that takes place on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th of August in Ponte de Lima, the oldest village in Portugal.
The 3rd of August will be dedicated to welcoming festival-goers to the event and the program, which is free of charge, is entirely dedicated to local musical projects that, in this way, have the opportunity to present their work to a wide audience. The lineup for the first day of the Ponte d’Lima Festival includes Big Dipper Downer, Maquina, New Error, Quadra, and Zebra Libra, in an eclectic program that will set the tone of party and celebration that will be lived in the place in the first weekend of August.
The 4th and 5th of August will be the strongest days of the program and to the already announced Wolfmother, Moullinex, David Bruno, Capitão Fausto, José Pinhal Post Mortem Experience, Jepards, Caio, Gin Party Soundsystem, and Aron now join five more names that close the poster of this first edition of the event: Linda Martini, Throes + The Shine, Bęãtfóøt, The Legendary Tigerman and Cassete Pirata.
Linda Martini continues to be one of the most relevant and stimulating bands in the Portuguese music scene. With their unique mix of alternative rock and deep lyrics, they have won over more and more fans and continue to surprise with their sonic evolution;
Throes + The Shine are known for creating a festive atmosphere at their concerts, getting audiences dancing and celebrating. His contagious energy and vibrant live performances have been one of the band’s strengths, winning over a loyal and enthusiastic fan base;
The Israeli group BĘÃTFÓØT has become a reference in the electronic, pop, and hard dance scene, inspiring thousands of fans around the world. Their passion for music and creativity continues to drive them forward, and they show no signs of slowing down any time soon;
The Legendary Tigerman continues to be a live reference for both national and international audiences. His music is often praised for its authenticity and ability to evoke the essence of blues and rock ‘n’ roll;
Cassete Pirata consolidated their presence in the national charts and circuits after their first full-length album “A Montra”. In 2021, his most recent album – “A Semente” – emerged, which, as a reflection, invites people to sing together about evils and deeds, setbacks and desires, all to the sound and emotion of their own happy melancholy. that Cassette Pirata has accustomed us to.
In addition to the countless artists who will pass through the two stages of the Ponte D’Lima Festival, the event’s program includes several cultural activities that intend to make the town of Lima even more dynamic, attracting local festival-goers as well as visitors from other parts of the country and even of Spain, taking advantage of the proximity that exists between the two countries. All of this is in an enclosure that is in total harmony with nature and the surrounding space and allows you to enjoy the unique natural landscapes provided by the Lima River.
The Alto Minho region will also be represented at the event through different types of art and local artists, without forgetting endogenous products, handicrafts, and local associations, which enrich the experience of visitors. In the same space, it will be possible to attend various concerts but also to experience the best that Ponte de Lima has to offer to those who visit it, always honoring the local territory and heritage, and respecting the landscape that composes them.
