First AliExpress physical store in Europe opens in CBRE managed commercial center in Spain

CBRE is the consultant responsible for the placement of the first physical store in Europe by e-commerce giant Aliexpress, a brand belonging to the Alibaba group. The store opened in the city of Madrid, located in Intu Xanadú, a shopping center managed and marketed by real estate consultant.

With Spain as one of the world’s leading markets, this opening will give consumers the opportunity to enjoy a diverse and renewed shopping experience that complements the full range of brands and products available online. The new store is approximately 740 m2 and will mainly sell technology products, small appliances, household goods, and wearables.

With this initiative, AliExpress now offers consumers an integrated shopping journey – physical shopping with the convenience of online shopping. Users can purchase their products through their AliExpress account and enjoy the same benefits and promotions available online as well as cash or card payments. More than 60 international brands will be available, including Huawei, Samsung, Xiaomi, Cecotec, Foreo, Ecovacs, Ikohs, Roborock, and Ilife.
