The acclaimed American comedian Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias, one of the biggest names in stand-up comedy worldwide, arrives in Portugal on May 28, 2026, for a unique show at the Super Bock Arena in Porto.
Known for his unmistakable style that blends storytelling, characters, imitations, and sound effects, Fluffy promises a memorable night for fans of all ages.
With a career marked by impressive numbers, Iglesias is one of the most successful comedians and a major force in live comedy. Impressive figures include: over 2.4 billion YouTube views, 34.7 million social media followers, and ranking as the 3rd-highest-earning comedian of 2024, according to Billboard. Among numerous accolades, he was featured on The Hollywood Reporter’s prestigious “Top 40 Comedy Players” list and has graced the cover of Variety’s comedy edition.
Fluffy is also part of the select group of artists who have sold out Madison Square Garden, Crypto.com Arena, and the Sydney Opera House, achievements that solidify his global impact.
On television, he is the creator, star, and executive producer of the series Mr Iglesias, winner of the Imagen Award for Best Primetime Comedy. In addition, he has released four stand-up specials on the platform, including the historic Stadium Fluffy, recorded in front of 55,000 people at Dodger Stadium — the first comedian to sell out the largest baseball stadium in the U.S.
His most recent special, Gabriel Iglesias: Legend of Fluffy, released in January 2025, reached the global top 10 on Netflix. In March 2025, Iglesias received the honour of having his hands immortalised at the TCL Chinese Theatre, and in 2026, he will receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
In film and television, the comedian has appeared in productions such as Magic Mike, Magic Mike XXL, A Haunted House 2, Space Jam: A New Legacy, Coco, Ugly Dolls, The Star, Ferdinand, as well as roles in the series The Santa Clauses, Lopez Vs. Lopez and Shifting Gears.
Gabriel Iglesias grew up in Long Beach, California, the youngest of six children. From an early age, he used humour as a tool to overcome difficulties, and since 1997, he has been perfecting his style in performances ranging from small bars to large arenas.
