Leiria Municipal Library art gallery receives an exhibition by Karolina Sudakova
The art gallery of the Afonso Lopes Vieira Municipal Library (BMALV), in Leiria, will host, from August 6th to 27th, the artistic exhibition “Metamorfose”, by Karolina Sudakova.
This exhibition, which promotes dialogue and intercultural encounter, pointing out paths for Global Citizenship, is part of BMALV’s strategy within the scope of the Network of Libraries associated with the National Commission of UNESCO (UN). It can be visited from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm, complying with the limitations resulting from the pandemic.
Karolina Sudakova was born in 1998 in Ukraine. At the age of 4, he came to Portugal with his family, returning a few years later to his country, where he completed a course in Decorative Arts and Weaving, in 2018. For some years he traveled and worked in different countries in Europe, returning in 2020 to live in Portugal and start his “Metamorphosis”.
