I’m not much of a fan of games, but I have small children and I had to keep them busy at home, this year, due to the pandemic, it wasn’t easy, but it turned out to be a lot of fun.

These two years have been very challenging, in many difficult ways, not being able to go out, walk, be with friends, so many things that we thought we would always have and for free, it was freedom that was lost.

But the pandemic also brought me some good things, like spending more time with my family, with my wife and children.

Of course, when we are together 24 hours, there are conflicts and frustrations, waves of anger, even tantrums, of course, but also very funny moments, laughter that seemed not to end with my children.

But they were very challenging times, keeping them busy was not easy, the web is so vast and the dangers for children and teenagers are real, so it was a pleasant surprise when in one of my searches I found the site plays.org.

A site full of fun games for children and adults, in which we can let my children play without being concerned with the content and message they convey.

But I have to confess, I too, started playing on the site, Footgolf, it is one of my favourites, my children and I ended up doing championships to see who gets the furthest, I usually lose, of course.

My kids must have played almost all of them, but their favourites are Footstar and Mr Bean’s games, it’s hours and hours of non-stop fun.

But of course, there are many other alternatives, Arcade Classics, Neon Invaders – Space Invaders inspired game, Brick Out – Breakout-like brick breaker, Pac Rat – Inspired by Pac Man or Super Tetris – Tetris-inspired game among others.
