Gastronomy of Bairrada featured in Casino Espinho

Under the initiative “Solverde Flavors”, which takes place throughout May, Casino Espinho brings to the Best of Bairrada’s best of the gastronomy, known for his rich and flavored plates.

On May 22, with live music in charge of the duo of Pedro Barosa and Maria de Deus, Casino Espinho presents a unique gastronomic experience, with the election dish of this region: the Leitão da Bairrada. For the occasion, still revisits some typical delicacies such as chestnut cream, piglet crepe and still the mortgage of the bussaco.

This initiative falls within a cycle of thematic dinners organized by Casino Thorn during the month of May, with the aim of valuing the best Portuguese traditional dishes of the Regions of the Coastal Douro, Rear-Os-Montes, Bairrada and Minho.
