Gavin explains this new work – ‘I am very happy to release’ Only Ticket Home ‘. I have been on the road constantly since the release of my first album “Bitter Pill” and this new song compilation is all about the process of being away from home and the people I love. The album was produced by my friend Ollie Green, who also helped me compose some of the themes. The rest of the songs came quickly after “Always” was written. It all took shape when the song ended and we knew exactly what the sound would be like for the record. The album as a whole is a long way from Bitter Pill. I really wanted to get a little out of the ballad world with this work. It’s an album of happy sad songs. ”
The recent work “Only Ticket Home” was presented last October 26th. The album was released in conjunction with the music video for the single “Glow”, filmed in his hometown and featuring the participation of several important characters in Gavin’s career.
