Remembering trips through memorable flavors will now be possible with this menu that is available on the 12th, 13th, and 14th of February.
The journey begins with a starter of Shrimp and coconut cream, scented with ginger and coriander, and continues with one of two dish options: Poached sea bass, creamed spinach rice, confit tomato, and asparagus or Spiced duck leg, beetroot puree roast, roasted chives, orange jam, and chili peppers.
To finish the meal, the restaurant prepared a Geographia dessert assortment composed of the already emblematic flavors of the house, The best sponge cake in the universe, São Tomé chocolate mousse with salami, and Quindim.
For those who prefer a vegetarian option, you can choose between Cream of corn with coconut and chili vinaigrette and Escondidinho of cassava, heart of palm and mushrooms, with green salad and cashew.
