With free entry, upon mandatory registration, it is already on the 21st of April, at the University Campus of the Piaget Institute in Almada, that the 4th edition of the Management Summit will take place. With the on-site capacity already sold out, registrations for the digital format are still open.
[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he Management Summit is an initiative aimed at current and future managers and all those interested in management issues. During the event, several specialists, including academics, consultants and senior executives of companies, will discuss the changes, challenges and demands that are currently being placed on the business world.
Aware of the current epidemiological situation, several measures were taken to ensure the safety of all those present. Accordingly, a Contingency Plan was prepared, available at gestaosummit.com.
As there is a capacity limit in the auditorium, the organization also opted to broadcast the event live through an interactive platform. “For those who cannot be present, we will have an interactive online platform available, where the participants will not only be able to watch the event live, but also visit the virtual stands of the companies present, as well as the possibility of winning prizes”, says Fábio Rodrigues, President of Gestão Summit and 3rd-year student.
Among the topics under discussion are management challenges in the face of the ongoing digital transformation in society and the impact of social responsibility on the management of an organization. Under discussion will also be the growing importance of organizations in keeping their employees motivated and, with this, obtaining levels of productivity above average, as well as the impact of leadership on organizational results.
