Gilsons confirmed at Ageas Cooljazz on 17 July
For July 17, an exclusive presentation of the Gilsons in Portugal. Ageas Cooljazz welcomes the Brazilian group for a night of communion of the Portuguese language and MPB.

Samba, pop, afoxê, funk and MPB matrix are well evident in the work of Gilsons. The mix of genres is also reflected in the numerous partnerships that have already been joined, namely with artists such as BaianaSystem, Tropkillaz, Yoùn, Alok, and Mulú, among others.
The album Pra Gente Acordar (2022) cemented the group and pointed to nominations as Latin Grammy (“Best Contemporary Album in the Portuguese Language”), MTV MIAW and even the victory in the Brazilian Music Award (“Best Group” and “Audiovisual Project).
With an exclusive performance for Portugal at Ageas Cooljazz, the Gilsons set the pace on July 17 in Cascais. Also, Benjamin Clementine (4 July) and Seal (12 July) are confirmed for the 2025 edition.
Ageas Cooljazz has 4 concerts per night
With doors opening at 7 pm, the Cascais Jazz Sessions by Smooth FM begin at 8 pm in the Marechal Carmona Park Amphitheater then on the Ageas Stage, the first Concert followed by the Great Concert on the same stage. After the big concert on stage Ageas, the Late Nights start in the Anfiteatro of Parque Marechal Carmona.
