Gisela João’s third album, AuRora, released in 2021, is now available in vinyl format and is already available for sale in stores. In addition to the 12 songs that were already on the original edition, the LP will contain a 13th: Hostel da Mariquinhas.
The booklet contains new illustrations exclusive to this vinyl reissue, by Maria Cabaceira. The singles Louca, Já Não Choro Por Ti, and Canção Ao Coração are not excluded from this LP, but this special edition also features the music composed by Capicua, Hostel da Mariquinhas.
AuRora was the successor to Nua (2016) and Gisela João (2013) and was the album in which Gisela João performed as a composer and lyricist. It mostly contains songs written by the fado singer, but also by António Zambujo, Capicua, and Maro, among others. The vinyl format can now be purchased in stores.
