Grande Real Villa Itália Hotel & Spa is the stage for “Entre Mares”
Unprecedented tasting dinner on May 7th, at the Belvedere Restaurant
Chef Noélia Jerónimo heads to Cascais for an experience that celebrates the coast and the south of Portugal.
On May 7th, the Belvedere restaurant, at the Grande Real Villa Itália Hotel & Spa, in Cascais, will host a dinner that celebrates the flavor of two very special coasts of the country and the knowledge of a unique experience: “Entre Mares” is a moment of encounter, where the open sea of Cascais and the luminous coast of Olhão meet at the table, in an exceptional tasting dinner.
Noélia Jerónimo, an essential name in Portuguese cuisine and the soul of the Marina com Noélia restaurant in Olhão, is heading to Cascais, bringing to her menu the sophisticated simplicity of the region, where the ingredients are the main character and the absolute truth of her specialities. Luís Sousa, Head Chef at Grande Villa Itália Hotel & Spa, known for his contemporary approach and deep respect for national products, opens the doors of his kitchen to Noélia Jerónimo, who designed a journey in two periods — or two seas — that pays homage to what is most precious to us: our coast, our flavors and our taste buds.
“Entre Mares” will be an intimate celebration, with limited capacity, where seven proposed dishes are a tribute to the Portuguese sea, in a 300 km journey of flavours in one place. Starting at 7 pm with a welcome drink on the terrace overlooking the sea, a selection of Quinta do Vallado wines will complement this dinner experience.
