Grilled breads with olive oil | Recipes
INGREDIENTS

- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) natural yogurt
- 300 grams (about 2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt (to taste)
For the sauce:
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Rosemary (to taste)
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt (to taste)
DIRECTIONS
- In an electric mixer with a paddle attachment, beat on medium speed the yogurt, flour, baking powder and the salt until obtain a compact mixture.
- Place the dough over a table sprinkled with flour and knead it well until it’s fully involved (if necessary add a little more flour).
- Divide the dough in 12, flatten the dough with a rolling pin or with your own hands and make 3 diagonal cuts across each bread. Heat a grill pan and when is hot, grill the breads on both sides until golden brown.
For the sauce:
- Place the olive oil, mustard, chopped garlic, chopped rosemary and a pinch of salt in a blender and blend on high for 15 seconds.
- Brush the breads with the sauce and serve.
