It is next Friday, March 3rd, at 10 pm, that HMB will play a special concert at Casino Estoril.
The band takes the stage of Lounge D to recover the best compositions of their career. This is a festive night that marks the 20th anniversary of Clube IN. It was precisely in 2003 that Estoril Sol launched this pioneering initiative which, from the outset, allowed Casino Estoril visitors to be awarded numerous prizes. Entrance to the concert is free. But, for those who wish, there is also the option of a show with dinner, by reservation.
After selling out Lounge D on several occasions, HMB reunites with visitors to Casino Estoril, promising a night of celebration to the sound of their main hits, inspired by the best soul and R’n’B records, with a jazz, funk, and hip-hop touch, always in Portuguese and always with a lot of groove.
It should be recalled that when they released their first self-titled album in 2012, HMB achieved considerable notoriety, acquiring their own space in the Portuguese music scene. “Dia D” and “Não Me Let It Go” quickly conquered the public.
With a second album released in 2014, entitled “Sente”, HMB is distinguished by the energy of compositions such as: “Feeling”, “Naptel Xulima”, “Super Ego”, “Tudo Muda”, “Só Nós Os Dois” or “Your Way”.
In 2017, “MAIS” appeared, the third album, and with it another year of achievements: “O Amor e Assim” won the Golden Globe for best song and the band represented Portugal at Rock in Rio Brasil.
In 2020, HMB released “Melodramático”. The fourth album of originals was released at a time when Portugal is closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The disc was also what was the stop-and-start of the last two years. With no chance of playing it live and with the artistic need to create new songs, the band decided to pay homage to their greatest inspirations, firstly “Lembrate de mim” with Rui Veloso, a hymn to help overcome adversity and, now, “A Chapa Tá Quente” with Pedro Abrunhosa, a funk song, much like Abrunhosa did in the 90s.
With a very unique style, HMB stage concerts are unique moments of collective celebration for audiences of all ages. Awaited with anticipation, this concert promises to infect the public with animation, reinforcing the quality of the culture and entertainment offered at Casino Estoril.
