It does not include drinks) is presented as the perfect choice. The gastronomic experience begins with Linguado and Rucula Spicy Cookies, accompanied by a delicious mayonnaise of beet and refreshed by lemon balls. As a main dish, there is the traditional and comforting Roasted Borrego Leg in the Firewood oven, served with a chuchu puree, mint chutney mango and grilled green asparagus. As an alternative to lamb, this menu has a Pumpkin Risotto Roasted with crispy cashew and caramelized carrot. Finally, the dessert combines the sweetness of the White Chocolate Parfait with crispy notes of caramelized nuts and a refreshing raspberry ice cream.

For the main course, this menu has two irresistible options: Borrego Roast in the Oven Alentejo with Potato Nova and Sparregado and, for those who prefer a less traditional alternative, Octopus à Lagareiro, accompanied by pepper salad, promises to conquer even the most demanding palates. The experience ends with two dessert options, two true temptations that promise to delight kids and adults: the amazing Easter Egg with hot chocolate sauce or the iconic Drink Pera with Port Wine Caldas refreshed by vanilla ice cream and finished with the crunch of a crumble.
