Hotel Cascais Miragem celebrates the traditional St. Martin’s Day with a commemorative dinner menu tailored to the occasion, in a reinterpretation of typical autumn season ingredients such as chestnut, quince, mushrooms, walnuts and jeropiga.

 

So, on the 11th, you will find in the São Martinho themed celebration menu of the Hotel Cascais Miragem’s Gourmet Restaurant dishes that promise to delight and comfort the most demanding palates such as the nougat and foie gras terrine, the bread brioche with cinnamon and herb reduction, the black pork tenderloin accompanied by mashed broad beans with coriander and drizzled with a mushroom sauce and jeropiga, and to finish, the millefeuille with caramel and rum.

 

Also the Hotel Oasis Terrace Restaurant’s buffet lunch will be allusive to the ephemeris, where there will be plenty of traditional roasted, fried and cooked fennel chestnuts, the Iberian pork tenderloin baked with jeropiga sauce or the brown glacés served with coffee.
