One of the new features of the Hotel Cascais Miragem for this year is the new executive lunch menu available at the Oasis Terrace, the restaurant located on the third floor of the hotel that enjoys a sublime view over the sea.

The emblematic Cascais hotel offers its customers a quick and refined lunch suggestion, consisting of a diverse choice of starters, main courses, fresh fruits and desserts, maintaining the high-quality standards for which it is already known.

Thus, from Monday to Friday, Oasis Terrace lunches now include an appetizer such as the chef’s salad or soup of the day, a main dish of fish, meat, pasta or vegetarian, such as medallions of Corvina in the duglerée oven. with sauté potatoes and vegetable panaché, lamb stuffed with dried fruits and spinach served with Madeira wine sauce, potatoes and vegetables, penne pasta with ratatouille or vegetable tajine with chickpea Panisse, a dessert farandole or fresh seasonal fruit, and mineral water and coffee.
