In addition to its social projects, Alive and Kicking Kenya provides employment (and working conditions well above average for Kenya) to around 50 employees with disabilities (including physical, intellectual, illiterate, with a criminal background, and HIV-positive, among others). ). Each employee has an initial period of intensive training of 6 months to be able to bake the balls.
