At the iconic Coimbra hotel, special experiences will mark the celebrations over the coming months; the Inês de Castro Foundation, which manages the Quinta das Lágrimas gardens, is joining the program.
Hotel Quinta das Lágrimas marks its 30th anniversary with a special three-night-for-two offer, valid for reservations made by October 15, 2025, and for stays through March 31, 2026. The initiative is part of a program of celebrations taking place over the coming months, with a series of experiences that reinforce the hotel’s connection to its historical and natural heritage.
Three-night-for-two offer
The stay includes a buffet breakfast, parking, and welcome tea by the fireplace, as well as access to the Bamboo Garden Spa, with an indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and cardio-fitness room. The first 30 reservations will receive a room upgrade, subject to availability. At the Arcadas restaurant, tasting menus now include, upon prior reservation, a beverage supplement and Pedro & Inês wines. Special dates are excluded, including Christmas and New Year’s Eve, Carnival, Easter, holidays, and associated bank holidays.

Celebration Schedule for the Coming Months
The program of initiatives includes a self-guided, paper-based tour of the gardens (for guests aged 7 to 77), visits with historical and botanical context, massages at the Bamboo Garden Spa, and personalised photo sessions, scheduled with Quinta das Lágrimas’ resident photographer.
The hotel will host an Anniversary Luncheon, featuring a menu that revisits some of its most iconic dishes and combines them with contemporary offerings. Throughout the celebrations, joint initiatives will be held with the Inês de Castro Foundation, which manages the Quinta das Lágrimas gardens, reinforcing the hotel’s connection to the landscape and cultural heritage.
