Hyundai wins 4 GOOD DESIGN Awards 2020

Hyundai Motor Company announced the achievement of four distinctions in this year’s edition of the GOOD DESIGN Awards 2020.
Hyundai’s two most progressive EV concepts, 45 and Prophecy, in parallel with the new Hyundai Elantra and Hyundai Hi-Charger, an ultra-fast electric vehicle charging infrastructure, were distinguished in the Transportation category.
First presented at the 2019 International Motor Show in Frankfurt, the concept 45 EV is a futuristic homage to Hyundai’s iconic Pony Coupe Concept.
Earlier this year, 45 was featured in other world-renowned design competitions, including the International Design Excellence Awards 2020, the Red Dot Awards 2020 and the iF Design Award 2020.
Prophecy won the ‘Best of the Best’ category at the Red Dot Awards ’Design Concept 2020. Prophecy was also named a finalist at the International Design Excellence Awards 2020.
The Hyundai Hi-Charger demonstrates the brand’s commitment to offering an entirely new charging experience to electric vehicle owners.
Earlier this year, the Hyundai Hi-Charger won an award in the User Experience Design category of the Red Dot Design Awards 2020.
Celebrating the 70th anniversary, the GOOD DESIGN Awards are one of the oldest design competitions in the world. Every year, the program selects a list of products and industry leaders in design and production, which have set new paths for innovation and paved the way for competitive products on the world market.
