IndieLisboa 2021 will show most of Sarah Maldoror’s work

The IndieLisboa International Film Festival, scheduled for spring, will show almost all of the cinema of French director Sarah Maldoror, who died in 2020.

After an atypical edition in 2020, held in late August due to the covid-19 pandemic, IndieLisboa wants to resume its usual calendar, with the 18th edition scheduled for April 29 and May 9.

The first program announced is a retrospective, full of revolution and hope, of Sarah Maldoror’s cinema, which IndieLisboa will exhibit with the Cinemateca Portuguesa.
