Under the direction of Angélica Salvador, the chef who brings with her a fusion of flavours, the restaurant reinterprets and mixes Portuguese cuisine with nuances of its Brazilian origins. The restaurant has become a must-visit destination for those who wish to explore Angélica’s vibrant cuisine in a comfortable and distinctive environment.
From tradition to creativity
InDiferente’s menu is a celebration of authentic flavours, where classic Portuguese dishes are reinvented with a contemporary approach. From the “Octopus Carpaccio with Smoked Peppers”, an odyssey of marine flavours that likes to challenge the most demanding palates such as the “Sea bass, sea rice, white prawn and salicornia”, an explosion of aromas and textures, where chef Angélica invokes the Atlantic Ocean, so important in Portuguese recipes.

In a discreet location, just a stone’s throw from the sea, InDiferente has grown to become an essential restaurant. Angélica’s cuisine has won not only local residents but also international attention, with the space appearing in the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand Guide.

With five years of achievements, the space shows no signs of slowing down. The chef continues to surprise and delight, promising new culinary discoveries on the horizon. This anniversary goes beyond a simple celebration; is a testament to the ongoing commitment to gastronomic excellence. For this reason, they decided to invite Louis Anjos for a lunch that would be family-friendly, as they truly celebrate such an important date.
Lunch will have a special focus on Sunday meals, where Louis Anjos will bring a little bit of the distant Algarve, and Angélica will give her a personal touch, highlighting the unique synergy between two chefs who have been friends for many years. Louis and Angélica share their family memories on November 26th, at 1 pm:

- Seabass/Xerém/Tomato/Basil (Louis Anjos)

As it is a special celebration, the choice and pairing of wines will be signed by the house’s sommelier, Bernardo Tavares, who will present Chão da Quinta, from the Dão region. The price of the menu will be €80 per person.
